In 2021 I started designing music covers for fun, I enjoyed tinkering with image manipulation and the result was a series of projects where I experimented with distorting colour in album art. I learned to use gradient maps, colour ramps, masks and layering effects which I really enjoyed and have used consistently to present day. I chose popular artists with unique sounds who had lot's of photography to choose from. I kept the layouts simple, and incorporated conceptual typography to build on the aesthetic.
